Thank you for your interest in our (Worldwide) Extended Warranty. Our extended warranty program is designed to provide you with additional coverage for manufacturer defects. Whether it be Murphy's Law or just "luck", electrical malfunctions seem to take place the day after the Manufacturer Warranty expires. The Extended Warranty offers you that peace of mind for those unexpected malfunctions and costly repairs.

When you purchase our Extended Warranty, you are truly making a smart investment for your equipment. The Warranty Service, established in 1938, has been a leading repair center in the Tri-State area for over 60 years and currently service equipment ranging from 35mm Cameras to Digital Video Equipment, PDA's, DVD Players, Televisions, VCR's and Laptop Computers. The repair facility is factory authorized for manufacturer warranty repairs and technicians are factory trained to repair your equipment to manufacturer specifications. By working with Extended Warranty Service you are investing in a customized repair and service program for your new equipment.

Amerinets values your business and always attempts to provide you the very best of service. The item you have purchased carry a limited warranty period of time that you have selected upon the time of purchase and cannot exceed 3 years maximum.

Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA)

No Product may be returned directly to Amerinets without first contacting Amerinets for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. Customers are required to include a copy of the original purchase receipt/invoice inside the return box to receive replacement product under warranty. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA Form. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your Product. Extended Warranty

Customers can purchase an extended warranty on selected products with less than a 3-year warranty on Refurbished items. The maximum warranty period for these products, including any warranty extension, cannot be longer than 3 years from the date of purchase. Extended warranty is currently available for purchase online.

Warranty Limitations

Amerinets limited warranty provides that, subject to the following limitations, each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to Amerinets's specification for the particular Product.

Limitation of Remedies

Your exclusive remedy for any defective Product is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product.

Amerinets may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in its sole discretion. Amerinets shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product. Amerinets's replacement Product under its limited warranty will be manufactured from new and serviceable used parts. Amerinets's warranty applies to repaired or replaced Products for the balance of the applicable period of the original warranty or 30 days from the date of shipment of a repaired or replaced Product, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Damages

Amerinets's entire liability for any defective Product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective Product. This limitation applies even if Amerinets cannot or does not repair or replace any defective Product and your exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.

No Consequential or Other Damages

Amerinets has no liability for general, consequential, incidental or special damages. These include loss of recorded data, the cost of recovery of lost data, lost profits and the cost of the installation or removal of any Products, the installation of replacement Products, and any inspection, testing, or redesign caused by any defect or by the repair or replacement of Products arising from a defect in any Product.

In the United States, some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Your Use of the Product

Amerinets will have no liability for any Product returned if Amerinets determines that:

The product was stolen from .
The asserted defect:

is not present,

cannot reasonably be fixed because of damage occurring when the Product is in the possession of someone other than Amerinets, or

is attributable to misuse, improper installation, alteration (including removing or obliterating labels and opening or removing external covers (unless authorized to do so by Amerinets or an authorized Service Center)), accident or mishandling while in the possession of someone other than Amerinets.

The Product was not sold to you as new.

Additional Limitations on Warranty

Amerinets's warranty does not cover Products which have been received improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged.  Products will be inspected upon receipt. You can view additional criteria of the warranty limitations below.


Improperly packaged (Keep Original Packaging and Pack it back as received initially)

Non-qualified shipping container (Use same method as it was received, such as double box or as indicated by RMA Rep.)


Counterfeit label(s)

Customer made additions to the unit that related to the problem

Incorrect usage if determined

Labels have been switched:

  1. True label on non-orinal product

  2. True label on different model unit

Labels exhibit tampering

Label missing standard printing such as UL or other details

Missing barcode or top/bottom cover label

No tape seal – (non-authorized data recovery sticker) as applies to different products

Serial number on top/bottom cover does not match barcode on end or tempered Serial numbers

Product labels or breather filter holes obscured by customer applied stickers

Use of product improperly


Broken pins on connector inside or outside

Connector(s) are damaged, cracked, missing or broken

Cracked components on the circuit board

Dented base casting, covering, or other body damages

Torn or punctured tape seal

Dented top cover

Deep scratch

Loose, damaged, or missing screws

Lifted or punctured warranty seals

Missing electronic components

Missing parts

Obscured breather filter holes

Punctured at servo writer access port

Punctured inspect pivot seal

Scratch exposing copper trace

Stripped mounting hole threads if/as applicable
