We accept Credit Cards, Paypal, Money Orders, Company Checks, and Wire Transfers. For all international buyers except USA, Canada, and UK; payment must be made via Wire Transfer.

For All Credit Card Payments: Billing and Shipping address must be same or shipping address must be listed with the Credit Card Institute.

Payment must be received within 3 days from the time of the purchase. Order will not be processed until full payment is received.

Only PayPal accounts with a Confirmed Shipping Address is accepted otherwise phone verification and Manager's approval will be required. Unconfirmed Paypal Shipping address will cause delays and can result in cancellation of the Order.

PayPal Payment Types Accepted: PayPal Funds, Credit Card and e-Check.

International PayPal Payments only from Canada and UK with confirmed Shipping address is accepted and must be in US dollars.

Money Order or Cashier's Check must arrive within 7 days and is subject to clearance before the item is shipped.

COD, Personal Checks or other third party payments are not accepted unless approved by Store Manager prior to the purchase.

Tracking numbers are sent by automatically generated emails by shipping company to the email address provided during payment. Please check for the tracking info in the email account that was provided to us at the time of payment. You may request tracking information via email in case you have not received one.

All items are shipped out 1-5 days after payment has cleared unless otherwise specified. Expedited Orders are shipped in 24hrs via the desired service. Fees may apply to expedite the Order.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail that is uninsured. We encourage insured shipment and include insurance for the benefit of our customers.

If the item is DOA or defective, contact us immediately (within 3 days) after receiving the item for us to be able to provide you with an excellent service based on the replacement warranty as per company policy.

All Sales in the State of California are subjected to 8.25% of sales tax. If you have resell permit, please provide it along with completed General Resale Certificate form as per The State of California requirements to exempt the sales tax (for resellers only).

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs in case of return or replacement in sending the unit back to us. We will pay for shipping the replacement unit to the customer.

Pictures portray and present the condition of actual item for sale, and in some cases may not be of the actual item. Pictures of Memory Modules may not resemble the actual unit.

Any physical damage will not be covered by warranty or extended warranty.

RMA process could take up to 4-8 weeks depending on the nature of the problem and the item. We try our best to get the unit fixed and back to our customer as early as possible. Sometimes we have to send the unit back to vendor for repair. Most of the time is lost during the shipping, but we try our best to cut the time as short as possible.

Extended Warranty Plans: Extended Warranty doesn't cover any physical damage. It covers hardware failures such as HDD failure, CPU, Mother Board, Memory, Optical Device, Burnt Pixels (if more than 6). Feel Free to inquire more.

Item Condition & Grading:

New in Box or NIB: Item never opened or used. Item is new in a factory sealed box.

New Open Box or NOB: Item may be store/customer return, demo unit, or excess inventory resale unit. Item is neat in fairly new condition and comes with original packaging with all accessories. Sign of handling may or may not be obvious on the packaging or the unit. Item could be entirely new in its original packaging but box without factory seal. Item is under original manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty may be included in the sale or can be purchased separately.

Refurbished Items Grade Levels A - D: Refurbished units grading standards are as follows:

  • Grade A:

    Excellent Condition. Close to New or Like New Condition. Fully Functional and tested.

  • Grage B:

    Good to Excellent Condition. May or may not have sign of usage. Minor blemishes or scratches. Fully Functional and tested.

  • Grade C:

    Good Condition. May have sign of usage. Minor to moderate blemishes or scratches. Fully Functional and tested.

  • Grade D:

    Fair Condition. Sign of usage could be obvious. Very visible blemishes or scratches. Functionality of the unit may be compromised.

Most of the items that we carry are in mint condition to maintain the Quality of Product and Service. Our Grading standard may differ from other companies.
