Return & Refund Policy:
All equipment is sold with a 30 day replacement warranty unless otherwise specified. DOA (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within 72 hours for replacement. All returns are subjected to 15-25% restocking fee in addition to PayPal fees if applicable. Returns after 7 days may not be accepted.
If the warranty or extended warranty certificate or gift item has been used or opened or seal is broken; full value (of warranty or gift item) will be deducted from the total amount of the order in case of return.
Memory modules come with 1 year to a life time replacement warranty as mentioned in item information page.
We take pictures of the items prior to shipping to maintain and insure the quality. Item is not eligible for the return if it is not in its original physical condition or damaged by the customer (or opened in case of new items).
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when shipping the unit back in case of RMA. Unit must be well packed and insured. Unit must arrive in its oriniginal conidtion or the refund or replacement request will be denied.
Replacement may take up to 2-3 weeks in some cases.
Please download the RMA Form and return it back completely filled via Fax or email to initiate the return or replacement process.
Customer need to have RMA# issued in order to ship the unit back other wise unit may get rejected by receiving or may get lost or the RMA process could result in a delay.
Unit must be shipped back to Amerinets , RMA Dept., RMA# xyz, 1392 Borregas Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94089.
